Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 123av support team 123av. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned once all conditions have been met.

In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach of these terms, 123av reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance while the investigation is ongoing. Investigations will not exceed 30 working days.

• Losses incurred as a result of a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

123av's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

123av reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification of any significant changes.

Platform Usage 123av continued use of the platform following any amendments will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
